Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the User's use of the Intend service, which may include:

  • The Intend Website (hereinafter the “Website”).
  • The Intend software application available on the Website, Apple App Store®, Google Play Store®, or similar locations (hereinafter the “Software App”).
  • Hardware and its support components (hereinafter the “Products”).

Together, these elements are referred to as the “Service.” Depending on the User's usage, the Service may consist only of the Website and Software App or may also include Products.

The Service is operated and provided by INTENDUM LTD (Record number: 648641, Cyprus) (hereinafter “we” or the “Company”).

By using the Service, the User (hereinafter the “User”) accepts these Terms as legally binding, forming a contract between the User and the Company. If the User does not agree to these Terms, they must not use the Service.

To use the Service, the User must create an account (hereinafter the “Account”).

The Company and the User will be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

1. General Provisions

1.1 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and any related aspects, including payments for the Service. We will notify the User via the Website, email, or within the Service.

Changes take effect immediately upon being displayed on the Website. By continuing to use the Service, the User accepts the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will provide a 30-day notice.

1.2 Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Persons legally prohibited from entering into contracts or those deemed legally incompetent may not use the Service.

1.3 User Warranties

By using the Service, the User warrants that:

  • They are legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement with the Company.
  • They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Creation and Usage

2.1 Account Creation

An Account is created upon successful registration and payment (or free access, where applicable), enabling the User to access the Service.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials and ensuring secure access.

2.3 Account Responsibility and Security

  • The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their Account.
  • The User must safeguard their username, password, and other credentials.
  • If the User suspects unauthorized access, they must immediately notify the Company at [email protected].

Until such notification is received, the User remains responsible for any actions taken through their Account.
